Purpose: To recognize state DOT Departments and leaders which have demonstrated creative and innovative accomplishments through projects that have been designed utilizing precast concrete pipe or boxes. Promote public awareness of the activities and contributions of state DOTs and the ACPA and its members.
Eligibility: Any state DOT may enter this Award Program. State DOT’s and ACPA members may submit projects jointly or separately. ACPA members submitting projects separately must obtain the signature of the state DOT on their Entry Form.
